Litigates in Federal and State courts throughout the State of California. Craig P. Fagan, a partner, was admitted to the California Bar in 1990. Craig graduated with academic distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1990. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University in 1987. He was a professor at Christian Heritage College, teaching Business Law. Early in his career, Craig worked as an attorney for FARANO & KIEVIET in Anaheim, California, performing legal work for United States Senator, John Seymour. Today, Craig’s practice is limited to housing discrimination cases, and defending tenants from eviction in wrongful eviction cases. Craig also represents tenants whose landlords are prohibiting them from having an emotional support animal or service animal live with them.
